Cars can be driven to the front entrance of the Orangery where our valet drivers will park guest cars and return at the end of the night unless getting a taxi. Our valet service will book taxis for guests at the end of the evening. Cars can stay overnight and be collected up to 2 days after the event.

2027 onwards: capacity increases to 150 guests
We can discuss options of ‘Orangery add on’s’ which will extend the Orangery for higher numbers at an additional cost.

Our partnered accommodation is The Pig near Bath. Hotel. Pricing starts from an additional £12,500 which includes a 2 night stay, breakfast, rehearsal dinner the night prior to the wedding and transport from chosen hotel to Minerva Vines and back. Accommodation is subject to availability and prices will vary depending on which hotel is chosen but we will always endeavour to accommodate as best as we can.

Minerva Vines is an exclusive use venue from Friday - Sunday. The venue can be used on the Friday for a rehearsal dinner or welcome drinks and Sunday for a post wedding brunch or BBQ. Although the Orangery is the heart of the whole venue, we want the vineyard and surroundings to be explored and used any way you see fit.

Minerva Vines is licensed until midnight which is when we kindly ask for the bar to be closed and music turned off. We will have security on site until each person is safely in an Uber/taxi and out of the venue.

Minerva Vines is a dry hire venue so suppliers involved in the day are up to the discretion of the client/planner. We will of course offer recommendations if there isn’t a planner involved at the booking stage. Suppliers are well looked after at Minerva Vines. A ‘suppliers village’ offers bathrooms, the kitchen, a lounge area and storage that is separate from the main event.

The Orangery is fit for any type of weather. There is built in air conditioning and heating as well as windows and doors which open all around the structure to allow natural air flow and ventilation.

We ask that each couple appoints a professional wedding planner or an on the day coordinator for their wedding. Having an experienced planner on site allows you to relax and fully enjoy your day, knowing that timelines, suppliers, and logistics are being expertly overseen behind the scenes.
Your planner will act as our main point of contact throughout the event, helping everything flow effortlessly and ensuring the highest standard of experience for you and your guests.
